CLAY SPA COMPLIMENTARY 30 MINUTE FLYING THAI TREATMENTS MONTH OF SEPTEMBER at 6:30PM-7:30PM Every Mondays & Wednesday at 6:30-7:30 beginning September 5th Flying Thai is a fun therapeutic combination of Traditional Thai Massage, yoga stretching, acupressure and exercise movement aimed at harmonizing, energizing and restoring the body. The flying aspect of the session has the recipient in an inverted pose atop the practitioners feet allowing their head, neck and spine to hang freely while points along the body are gently and easily massaged. The inversion allows gravity to work for the recipient by using their own body weight as a natural form of tractioning while elongating the spine, relieving pressure on the discs, ligaments and nerve roots, hydrating the cushioning discs between each vertebrae of the spine and stimulating circulation of the body.
